Marc Lizama, BArch

Marc Lizama, AIA is a registered architect in California, and Hawai'i and has designed places of living, working and play since 1988. His expertise is evident in designs of hospitality projects, custom residential homes and commercial developments locally and internationally. Lizama's focus is in "Green" hospitality and residential design developments in Hawai'i and Asia.

 

This year he is currently working on several homes on Oahu and Kauai, a private hotel in Urumqi, China and a masterplanned city with residential and mixed use developments in the mountain resort of Chongqing, China.

 

Marc's experiences are in designing hotels, resorts, and luxury custom homes in Hawai'i, the mainland US, and Asia with internationally renowned Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo (WATG). His current design practice, KTLA, is a team of partners in Bangkok, Shanghai, Shenzhen and San Diego.

 

Marc is a member of The American Institute of Architects (AIA), Pacific Asian Affairs Council (PAAC), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Saint Louis Alumni Association (SLAA), Rotary International, and a member of the University of Hawai'i Alumni Association.
