What do you enjoy the most about the TIM School?
I love the people. The people in TIM are so welcoming and rewarding to talk to and get to know. From upperclassmen to freshman and faculty everyone strives to help others and give a welcoming environment. I absolutely love talking story to everyone and getting to know people’s backgrounds.
What are three words you would use to describe the TIM School?
Giving, Welcoming, Aloha
What has your favorite class been so far?
I love TIM 100 – Internship with Deborah Fitzgerald because it gives me a chance to learn to grow as a professional, while also getting to meet professionals who are willing to help you grow.
What TIM activities/student organizations are you involved in?
I am in the Travel Industry Management Student Association (TIMSA). It was one of the best decisions I made last semester and I want to continue being a member or even taking a leadership opportunity.
What advice can you give to students who are considering attending the School of Travel Industry Management?
Just join it will be the best decision you made. Last piece of advice: the people you meet will one day help you get a job. So make an impression on students, faculties, and professional guests.
